CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
Samuel Thornton is a Commercial Broker and Project Manager located in the Rankin Commercial Properties, LLC downtown Cary, NC office. Samuel began his real estate career with Montgomery Development Carolina Corp, a national retail general contractor located in Southern Village in Chapel Hill, NC. During his time at Montgomery, he was exposed to many aspects of commercial real estate ranging from accounting to property management to construction management. Samuel managed a variety of projects such as the construction of UNC Dermatology’s 13,000 square foot state of the art clinic.
Since joining Rankin Commercial Properties, Samuel has been working as commercial broker focusing on tenant and buyer representation. He has worked with a wide variety of clients including restaurants, warehouse, retail, and office users. He also advises the property management group using his previous management experience to direct the facilities services team.
Samuel graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelors Degree in Economics with a focus on Financial Markets. He has continued to reside in Chapel Hill with his wife, Meghan.
