Background:

Mr. Upchurch has extensive experience in property acquisition and property management. From 1999-2000 he directed residential construction operations for Upchurch Builders in Raleigh, NC. From 1998-2008 he managed commercial complexes with retail operations and franchise businesses for Grand Park Properties in Wake Forest, NC and from 2001-2008 worked as a Commercial Real Estate Broker for White Oak Commercial (Formerly Graham Realty) in Raleigh, NC.

Mr. Upchurch oversees all Rankin Commercial Properties day to day operations. He has closed millions of dollars of Commercial Real Estate Transactions and currently owns a Retail Center in Rolesville, NC.
